 Normally it's what you put in a house which make the square foot price. In other words the granite counter tops versus laminate tops. Grades of floorings and appliances etc... Being Lakeshore Estates I am assuming it would be towards the higher end. If I where to guess I would say $ 130.00 per square foot. I am a builder by trade but I do not know the average building cost of every neighborhood. Of coarse to get an exact figure I would have to know the building cost of every home in Lake shore and average them. If you are thinking of building a home I always suggest people go look at prices of appliances , floor coverings, cabinets, counter tops ,tubs,  etc.. The actual cost of framing , sheet rock, concrete is pretty much the same no matter the neighborhood. It's what you put in the house that raises and lowers the end building price.
